Hi, I'm Meghan (she/her)
I have been obsessed with photography since I was 12, inspired by everything around me. Documenting life authentically and artistically is essential. Your stories deserve to be preserved and cherished for years to come. Using vintage film cameras alongside digital is one way to bring variety to my photos; I also experiment with double exposures and other creative techniques that result in unique and spectacular shots. I adore finding techniques and exciting ways to capture the essence of each couple, collaborating to create something wonderful and timeless.
Photographing weddings is my passion because each is so unique! When I look at the couple I am photographing, I reflect on how remarkable the moment is. How many generations of chance meetings, coincidences, love, timing, and fate have brought them here… What a true honor it is to capture such a special day! I'm always game to try something out and look forward to hearing your ideas and vision. I welcome all couples, and inclusivity is at the core of my values.
I have many interests that fuel my photography. I am a singer-songwriter, dabble with paint, love to read, and travel. I'm also a mom and live with my family of 3 in Fall River Nova Scotia.
What is a photo adventure? It is an experience that focuses (pun intended) on uniquely telling your story. For example, if you and your partner love to have bonfires and go for hikes, let's go to your favorite trail and end off the shoot with a cozy fire under the stars.
